Eric; What do you think will be the next step? Confirmed reports from their 98 summer drilling program to support the report done in the 70's? The Russian report that was already done in the 70's was confirmed by the Kilborn Report. Ikar is not doing the summer program for their health I can guarantee that. All one has to do is read the last news release especially the last paragraph stated as follows; During the summer work program period Ikar Mineral Corp. will work closely with the above noted investment groups. It is hoped that upon completion of requested documentation, any necessary participation requirements for future investment will be fulfilled. Why is IKAR sitting at .46............................ It has come to the company's attention that any shares which might be issued pursuant to a conversion, as presently structured and if exercised, may not comply with applicable securities laws. No shares have been issued by way of conversion. The company has sought the opinion of counsel to address this concern jointly with the debenture holders. No mining Company owns the property (physical) they own the right to the minerals as well as being able to mine it. As far as a JV it would not surprise me. Also IKAR has no promoter the bottom line as far as my opinion is concerned they don't need one and they know that as well the value is there in my opinion and it will be just a matter of time.
