Just got back from mini-vacation and read this thread. Nearly got sick from the last 2 days posts. SuperChrged..do you really think TNNS is worth the $6 bid and $15 ask? No volume on 7/17, and a grand total of 10,000 shares traded in it's illustrious 3 day history. Never traded for more then $1.00!!!! In order for GNNX to pay dividend of 1 share of TNNS for every 40 shares of GNNX outstanding, this will require 531,075 shares of TNNS. Did GNNX pay more then $1 per share? If GNNX paid $6 per share, it cost GNNX $3,186,450. Is this a material item that should have been disclosed at the time of purchase?

I see DD thrown around this thread like cheap booze...how about some common sense occasionally? Mr. Stalls, thanks for defending my questions previously, but most on this thread read only what they think sounds good. Don't ever ask an intelligent question. BTW, not one on this thread has responded to my comment as to which Company name will be used on the quarterly financial statements, which is a legitimate concern. Both Companies were publicly traded during the period 1/1/98 to 6/30/98. But, no one is concerned, just keep waiting for the financials. which are now way over due.

Still long on GNNX.
