As i noted, this one can easily become a takeover candidate...has been growing its top line as it invests in the future...for now, I will continue to hold as long as it grows its top line...should earn $2+ by 2001. Maybe, funds have awakened to the potential or it can be on someone's shopping list! If it is in takeover mode I expect we will see it meander down and then surge forward on huge volume increases..also, merger/takeover is the name of telecommunication these days and they have been building slow but steady in European markets. All is based on intuition!
