Diamond -- I for one don't know ANYTHING about charts, but doesn't a higher Price line against a lower AD line indicate buyers are not accepting lower prices and is bullish?

Maybe what you are saying is the higher prices is concentrated in only a relative few stocks and this is not healthy as it masks the cancer eating away deep in the market that will eventually kill the patient?

I would concur that we are heading for a Texas-size erosion of market cap. I don't think it will hurt the oil service stocks though -- unless oil prices go down too.
