Yes, I think so. One Trading month One day, Datek broke my short sell in NETG, shortly after they have set it to "NM" same day. The day was the 3rd of July, just the day before Internet stocks began heading south. Complaining that, I was told by Datek that NETG is on market for a too short time to be sold short. The requirement was (at least, the guy wrote me) 1 month of being listed. In the meantime I am able to short NETG, so it turned out that the Info seems to be correct. Christian
