Ah, you are correct sir. But if we give them the power to do so at their discretion, the chance of getting blind-sided exists. I think that they did the right thing by filing that form before their NASDAQ hearing. As you said, they did it to prove a point to NASDAQ. I'd like to prove a similar point to them (if necessary).

As many people have pointed out, we have no reason to distrust management of this company. So far, they have delivered on all of their promises. This is a good time to be a Harvest/Tanner's shareholder. I am fiercely optimistic about our chances of making some serious money here.
