How small is the float and share structure of grdn? The npct that I have been following only has a 700,000 share float and half of that is held tight by one person. Lots of good info at www.billingtons.com and at www.ragingbull.com on the npct board. I understand we are close to the financing news which should bring in buyers from US and Europe as a Berlin Exchange listing is also being worked on once they get the finanincg done with. If you follow money flow indicators it will show that money has been flowing into the stock over the past several months.
