Something that I posted on mpv thread which all should know:

If there are any mpv shareholders out there who also own camphor shares and wish to displace cfv's board of directors it is IMPORTANT that the proxy form sent to you be filled in properly.
Only the box where you name another person is to be filled in with that person's name. I understand it is to be Michael J. Ballanger and the proxy is to be dated and signed by the shareholder in the identical name as set out on the proxy. ie if shares registered in name John Q. Public then signature should be "John Q. Public"
hold proxy until notice given here or on cfv thread as to where to send.
