I say real deal and entered on pullback Friday... 1. The Historical Volatility of the 6 and 10 day on SEVL is 50% under the 100 day...It gave another hit on Friday even with the large upmove...The HV610 has given hits 4 days in a row....This usually means an explosion coming in the direction of the closing price from previous day...In this case UP.... 2. the 3 day moving average is above the 10 day.... 3. the RS moved above 50, from 44 to 60... 4. the Smoothed rate of change moved up for the 3rd day straight... 5. the Simple stochastic moved above 20, and indicates a strong buy rating... 6. I calculated the overhead at 5 1/2, recognized the amount of volume needed to take it out, was impressed by the good start on Friday, and feel we will take out 5 1/2 very soon... 7. MACD Histogram did a zero line crossover... Regards, TATRADER
