I am not going to pay PE attention anymore. it must be the Heatwave. He is Emailing everyone and telling them to sell all their shares. That goes to show me one thing . That no one is selling their shares except Steve Antebi and Ernst(MM) is just shifting their 3-4 million shares around on a daily basis. If that is the case then you can bet that good new on the company's progress is on the horizon. Financing & Earning will be the key that will move this stock, everything else will served as foundation for a bright future. The company must produce a financial report to restore credibility and bring in new investor. That is the bottom line.
From shareholders' research we can come up with this estimation:
Melios :Jim Webber of Kne told him that well revenue is: $700 per wells Larry: Jim Webber of KNe told him they have contract for: 60 wells
Daily revenues for 60 wells: $700 x 60 wells= $42,000 Annual revenues for 60 wells: $42,000 x 365= $15,330,000 Each Well flows for least 10 years-asset valuation: $15,330,000 X10 years= $153,300,000
profit base on 5% =$7,766,5000 Number of outstanding share is: 84,000,000 (assumed that 60,000,000 will be cancelled) Earning per share-base on total asset:..092 Average Multiple for O&G technology is 10- .092 x10 = .92 cent per share
*This calculation is based on 60 wells which are located on only 10% of the leased Nebraska land. *Helium in UPR land is 20 times more expensive than natural gas
Please Notes:
The price is at this level(.03) is justify at this point. We don't know if there is gas or who is running the company. Will the company has enough financing to complete the Nebraska and UPR projects which require 15-20 million dollars ? Will there be a financial report every quarter to account for the money ? Will the 60 million shares be cancelled ?
We do understand that every penny stock is being manipulated by MM to some degree, but if the company makes good on all their promises in The Letter To The Shareholder on June 1, 1998, they can overcome the manipulation. And once they start to report the finacial on the quarterly basis, they can pave the road to be on one of the major exchange in a few years.
I think It is time that the company step up to the plate and shows us progress. All of us longterm shareholders are deserving of that. The time is now.
