Nabeel,

I chose to make some comments using your message as the response mechanism as I know that you understand the issues surrounding Tri-Vision.

This post is directed at all readers on this Board.

There have been comments made regarding Ingram not being involved with Tri-Vision until a licence from Soundview is granted to Tri-Vision.

This statement is categorically untrue and misleading.

Tri-Vision has not released product on a large scale yet due to the slowness in the encoding process (which is underway by broadcasters now). As soon as retailers, Ingram, Telewire Supply and Tri-Vision are satisfied with the progress made in encoding, then the way is paved for the roll out of product.

Tri-Vision's relationships with its distributors Ingram Entertainment and ANTEC Telewire Supply are solid and mutual. These parties are working together to plan and execute a roll out of the V-gis(tm) v-chip decoders when circumstances are appropriate. Appropriateness will be determined in good part by the timing of completion of a significant amount of the encoding.

Product roll outs on the scale expected, take considerable time, resources, strategy, coordination and planning. It is to this work, that Todd Grunberg, Ingram and Telewire officials and others are directing their considerable energies.
