There is a great article in the July 13, 1998 issue of Puget Sound Business Journal, available on-line, which is titled: Pacific Aerospace reaches across the Atlantic. Highlights include:

John Doss, analyst for Dominic & Dominic in New York, said "In aerospace you have Boeing and Airbus, and now Pacific is a supplier to both. I think they now have a platform to build a tremendous company, one that could do $500 Million in revenues. Pacific's revenue could jump to $130 million in 1999.

Don Wright said that "cross-marketing both the European and U.S. aerospace markets is the single most compelling reason for the purchase. Currently 95% of Pacific's sales go to U.S. and 95% of Aero-Met's sales are in Europe. Products from the two operations don't overlap, which should help open new markets".

Don says "he is making an effort to widen the company customer base to shield it from aerospace down cycles. After the acquisition is done, just 15% of company revenues will be from Boeing and less than 40% from aerospace.
