The telephone network is declining in revenue.

I went through all the SEC documents and pieced together the size of the acquired businesses and the resultant size of SRCM's business. It is smaller than the sum of the parts.

We can't tell about the recent (October 97) acquisitions, although their first full quarter after closing the deal, Q1, had horrible revenue and a very large increase in receivables. But still, I think it is too early to make a judgement, as Brite was rapidly growing before the SRCM acquisition.

If you want specifics, reply back and I will dig out my notes and post the details on the acquisitions. I am at home now, and don't have access to my files.

Regards,

Archer
