Dusty again you are wrong from what I know ...

But, if they do not have RECEIPTS to prove the stock was in fact paid for then there could be some BIG problems;

Each state has a different laws and what not for the sell of securities. That is why some stocks do not change where the charter of their corporations exist and why some do. Many people have been screwed paying for securities and never getting the certificates for such securities. Then they have to go through the legal system to get their money back.

It is my understanding that the company requires full payment UP-FRONT for any shares purchased.

Again that is up to the charter and the state the corporation is chartered in.

If the individual is in possession of stock certificates or shares deposited to an account, and don't have a bona fide receipt; it is clear they got those share for free; in which case I would be extremely suspect of the individual.

That is incorrect also and purely speculation ... Nothing is as you say "clear" and you need to research the securities laws of each state and charter. If I want to transfer stock to my son I can or anyone as far as that goes just because I like them. If I want to pay a debt I can if the debtor will accept the stock I offer. There is so much that apparently you do not understand and should research the states or pay for a third party legal counsel prior to making all these assumptions.

Most of what you post though are nothing but assumptions and convinctions however does not have one ounce of truth.

Please go to what ever legal securities attorney and aks them. It does not change the laws ....
