The Bruce Francis / Steve Jobs interview was 3 months ago or so. Bruce asked Steve about the interim CEO title and Steve got pissed off saying that there was an agreement not to talk about that. Steve stood up, took off his microphone, and left as Bruce protested that there had been no such prior agreement. All of this was live. CNBC later said that they never agree to interviews with prior off limit topics.
