Would it be lunatic enough to email the Webmistress to rename the thread "All about Soccer" "Soccer fanimal corner" or something like that?
I would leave the word FANIMAL OUT OF THE TITLE !!
Otherwise, I would not mind at all, perhaps we should put it out for a vote, with the proviso, that as the sole security council member (yours truly), I would have veto power if the word Fanimal (or the like), would be included..... he, he, he....
Did u see Heidjuk get a 3 year contract with Bayern Leverkuzen (that's in the Old Sok country) for 1 million per year (that sounds high to me). Good for him!
Good for him..... Big money from the US league would also help the sport and the level of play in US boyz land.
Counting the days to go on vacation to Greece and show my son to grandparents for the first time...and get away from all the Internet stock lunacy in this country....
Congratulations, have fun in your trip, I am sure Grandparents will be proud...
As for the Internet stocks.... I do not like to give advice, it is not in my genes, however I would suggest to stay away from the Penny Stocks.... regardless of the stories (factual or not), the risk/reward ratio is completely out of wack ! Further, reason is an "out of space" concept for the participants....
In addition, with all the great companies, stocks etc. in the more "formal exchanges"... i.e. NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ (even some Europeans, although there is currency risk), it is insane to "invest" in the Penny Stocks.
I have recently followed CPQ, MSFT, DELL, amongst others, on a day trade/short term basis, and there is no way ANY Penny Stock will compare to these real power houses..... the bottom line is to make money, not "fall in love" with company "A", "B", or whatever...
From a T/A basis, none of the pennys will touch the biggies, particularly on a day trade basis, it has to do with the relationship of risk/reward ratio..... only my opinion.
As for the immediate future (20 years plus.....) there is no way, ANY country on this planet will even come close to outperform the US Stock market, ONCE YOU TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE RISK/REWARD RATIO THAT US COMPANIES OFFER.... IMO.
Have fun in vacation/family time
