I have been sitting at the rest area of this Information dirt road in observance of some of the most outrageous behavior I ever could have imagined existed on a chat thread. Maybe something can be accomplished here at this site that will add some credibility to this project.
First, I have spent three hours this morning with a customs broker and customs attorney getting information on how one can verify units of a particular class being shipped into this country from Hong Kong or wherever to a specific location. I am not going to divulge any information until I have my sources in line and verified information in hand.
Additionally, if there are not significant numbers of Star
sreens shipping by the end of December, I will file a complaint with the FTC, SEC and Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office. One may say, BIG DEAL, to that I say, I will muster the forces to take on this bunch of clowns that has been defrauding a rather large number of participants in a pyramid scheme. Until there is delivery in quantities of these machines, that is all that this is and it is illegal.
To Norman Shink, I say this, DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF CONNECTIONS IN GOVERNMENT. I was at the same StarTour where I heard you quote, "ship 5,000 units this month". My opinion for what its worth, there are only prototypes being placed in a media shell game.
More than several posts back, I warned of taking this medium too seriously and I was accused of partaking of illegal substances. Well my friends, if you think this campaign is one of legitimacy, well, I'll reserve comment for the preliminary hearing in a court of law.
Further, if anyone thinks that there are still 18,000+ FPs running around out there, you really are misguided. Time has come to smoke the real numbers out or take the bat and ball to another game.
If this company were to ship 10,000 units tomorrow, I would still apply very little credibility to this company competing in the open marketplace, any marketplace. If you look at any computer oriented company involved in business today, you see adaptibility, proaction not reaction, innovative mangement and most importantly, honesty, at least if they are looking at a long term business relationship.
I am sick and tired of people on the web and StarTronix affiliates providing rationalized answers to all the shortcomings this company exhibits, when the founders provide absolutely no information and display unacceptable, if not suicidal tendencies involving public and investor relations.
The time to ask serious questions and demand answers is right now! I mean for God sake, we have a vested interest in this thing. We all need to start thinking from an economic sense and leave the emotional attachments at home with the wife. There is an awful lot that does not add up here. I truly believe the only way the truth is going to be heard, is when an oath is inserted at the beginning of a conversation.
Information is power and it must be obtained from RELIABLE sources in TIMELY fashion. Instead of taking share counts, one had better find out if these machines are on a boat, in a warehouse, basement, glove compartment ...NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!!!
