Ladies, Gentleman and Turnip Farmers

I have absolutely no problems with anyone's point of view on this or any thread, however
credibility must be maintained for there to be discourse. Its my opinion that Tim Hall has no
credibility and I'll let you be the judge.

I asked you>
((How often do you communicate with Coggins and Neimuth?))
You're reply was>
I spent most of last Friday morning in Mr. Neimuth's office.

I asked you>
((Why didn't you say that "Upon further research, 'Yes' the Oro Grande was docked
for its Pl/Pd
shipments from the SF mint." I believe that ONE of INCO's reports so stipulated, you
know the
"Inco reports" right next to the Twiford letter.))
You're reply was>
After many hours of researching production history and reports from the mint, annual
reports, state and federal records, there is no mention of the word paltinum.

"paltinum"- I agree
I then asked>
((Additionally, perhaps in your altruistic ventures to report the good, the bad and the
ugly you
could summarize the four INCO reports:
1. Inco memorandum -July 1989
2. Dec 4, 1989
3. Dec 3, 1990
4. Jan 1991))
Your reply was>
Inco only mentioned parts per million of Pt. which is normal for such a deposit.

Let me summarize the four INCO reports and then Tim we will see! All these reports were prepared for/ ordered by Mr. Rick J. Sandri
Asst. Vise President
INCO limited
One New York Place
New York, NY 10004

1. Inco memorandum July 1989-Summary of results:

"No significant concentrations of gold, platinum, or palladium were found in any of the ores or
concentrates by any of the methods used."

2. Inco report December 4, 1989-Summary of results:

"From the preceding results and depending on which analytical technique was used, it is obvious
that there were some variations. ACS labs recognizes that not all 'assay' methods work on all
ores. Some ores may need some sort of pretreatment prior to the assay procedure.

Even withstanding the above mentioned variations, we are very encouraged with our findings. The
Barium Peroxide fusion with subsequent fire assay using Tin as a collector was extremely
successful for Gold. The Platinum group metals were strongly evident in the PVD (Pressure
Vessel Digestion) Technique and the Microwave Techniques.

We feel further work is warranted. Gold and Platinum is definitely present in the samples
submitted. Additional work on optimizing the assay procedures is needed before a complete
understanding of the ores true assay can be known."

3. Inco memorandum December, 1990-Summary of results:

"Historical workings on the property were not consistant with the recovery of Platinum Group
Metals. However, HISTORICAL information from the early 1900's indicates that PGMs were
present in the gold mining operation and that the U.S. Mint docked the bullion shipment by up to
20 percent due to silver and PLATINUM content.

Geological and geochemical features indicate potential for PGMs on the Oro Grande property.

The mapping and historical documentation indicate that potential may exist at-depth and may
extend well beyond the mapped area of the Oro Grande property.

Review of previous assays and limited new assaying confirms Global's contention that the deposit
is unusual. The sampling and assaying techniques used for past assay results can not be
considered reliable for quantification purposes. At minimum, a tie-in between the mineralology,
the sampling and the assaying will be required to determine exact composition and recovery
potential for any values.

The Weaver Creek property is a placer deposit and as such may contain mineralization similar to
the Oro Grande property. However , very limited time was spent on this property."

4.Inco report January 1991-In conclusion: The Oro Grande property is a Pt-Au occurance in a
previously unrecognized and favorable setting. It has unquestionably highly anomalous Pt values
and very favorable Pt/Pd ratios in several rock types in a brecciated, hydrothermally altered,
mafiic complex which is presumed to be underlain by a younger pluton. The property deserves
serious attention."

THall is materially misrepresenting the facts as he knows them to be and as such in my opinion is in bed with Niemuth & Coggins. Coggins
use of the Internet to slander under an assumed was the height of stupidity and foolish beyond belief. They deserve no discourse-NONE
