Hi MH and Irene. I think IMMD definitely came out of this looking good. Carmel seems to be the only one that took a substantial hit but I believe you may be right about that scenario Louis. All the shares in the world are worthless if the company goes bust. Carmel still has 4M+ shares so it is in their best interest to see the company progress. BTW MH, go easy on the red pen. I remember a few double integrals that just didn't play fair. Possible solutions sometimes seemed infinite <g>. Jim
