Nobody's shoes were more worn than the sandals of our most precious Lord Jesus. And He never used what He had been through as justification for unkindness to anyone. And not a soul on this planet can even dare to begin to complain of worn shoes in the light of what Jesus suffered for the world.!.... He is supposed to be the Christians example.

There comes a time Barney when the shoes of some just need to be thrown away. It matters not where those shoes have walked, it matters only that they begin to walk in the will of God. And it is never God's will that any of us, no matter how worn our shoes are, should bring shame to his precious name for the sake of our stinking pride, or worn shoes.

We all have battle scars of some sort, from some sort injustices done to us, my shoes are very worn too,( You might fel sorry for me too if I wore my shoes on my sleeves, but sympathy will not get the message of Jesus's love to anyone), (neither will pride), and it doesn't bring glory to God to wear those shoes as a license to inflict harm on others by being so immature and always finding fault with people. Or to cause anyone to stumble in any way.

If Through Christ we are saved... then we put on a new man.....a new man in Christ does not wear old shoes.....or moccasins.! :)

I respect you too Barney and I am glad that you are my brother, you are a loving witness for our Lord.
May God continue to use you for His glory.

How is your wife doing. I pray that she is doing real well and basking in the joy of the Lord.

Have a blessed evening my good friend
Shalom...><>
