I must admit that I am more wary about this stock now than I was before the news of the dividend. Having just gotten burned on PKGP, following announcement of dividend and subsequent huge reverse split, I wonder why Genesis needs to reward investors with a dividend such as this at the same time that the Pres is using his own shares as capital to make acquisitions. I hope the old saying: "If it sounds too good to be true" doesn't apply here. BTW when are we going to see the next financials?
