The Washington Post had an article about Alcatel; you can search for it at washingtonpost.com They talk about Fujitsu, Seimans, and Alcatel being the companies for ADSL and the article talks about lowball bids, etc. It seems that the concern with Westell is that they just can't lowball like these bigger companies. I think like AMTX, you just have to view WSTL as a buyout, that will be the play. Just a rumor usually does the trick these days.
