US GOV has said that Win 3.1 must be upgraded. I'm not sure of the details, but Windows 3.1 is not Y2k compliant. This, of course, only applies to US agencies and I suppose companies which do certain business with the Government. My question-- this will spur a round of upgrades-- will Novell benefit?
