Ahem, John...
The 1st part of TG's post was directed at you, but the subsequent
parts were referring to new posters, plural. Quite often on these
SI forums, people respond by using the most recent post to reply to,
rather than to the post that they are referring to. Sometimes, people respond to one individual and make references to multiple
people if they are related to the topic at hand.
In this case, it seemed pretty obvious to me that Greg was posting
to you to reply to points that you raised, and then went on to make
a more encompassing statement about others on a related topic. The
main instigator of the unfounded accusations against CSMA
management was Mr Michael Bunnett. I guess that you were swept
into the conversation as a newbie with negative comments, but I
don't think that many people would have misinterpreted TG's comments
to mean that you are the blasphemer in question.
TG has been a reliable source of information, and a mature, sensible
contributor to this discussion forum. Your "pig headed idiot" comment
was way out of line, and I hope that an apology will be forthcoming.
Yes, it is an open forum, and everyone has the right to have opinion.
But you may find people more receptive if you read the content
carefully before blowing a fuse. As you may suspect, most participants
on this thread as pro-CSMA, and as such, are wary of contrarians. But,
if you present your arguments in a logical and calm manner, then they
will be received much better. The problem with Mr Bunnett is that his
allegations are unsubstantiated and could be motivated by a desire
the manipulate the stock in a negative manner.
Anyhow, welcome to the CSMA forum, and I hope that you might choose
to contribute in a more fruitful manner in the future.
