Gentner Communications Enhances Conference Call Center with Appointment of Division Head

SALT LAKE CITY, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Gentner Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: GTNR - news) today announced that it has named John Lysaght as Division Head for the company's conference call center. In this position, Lysaght will be responsible for day-to-day operations, increasing sales and ensuring the profitability of Gentner Conference Call(TM) (1-800-LETS-MEET(TM)).

Lysaght comes to Gentner with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He most recently served as operations director for Aloha Conferencing, Inc. (Honolulu, Hawaii), where he increased call volume over 100 percent while holding staff growth to less than 70 percent. He also improved call-processing procedures, reducing negative customer impact to less than one percent of calls processed. Before joining Aloha, Lysaght was telecommunication manager for the St. Louis County government. He has also held various management positions with AT&T Corp.
