Linda, I am glad to see that someone else has documented the problems with Web St! You summed it up quite well. I have complained and complained about many of the same things - to no avail. The only problems that I have not experienced of those you listed are those involved in "services" I have never used, i.e, margin,Level II, etc. All in all, dealing with Web St is a very frustrating and, at times, costly experience! Bill
