Ga,

In Law school students are taught for the most part to use the law as a shield and not a sword. Corporate law is very specialized as is patent law. Any insider information is subject to rule 10b-5 of the SEC as well as other laws as well. Problems arise when people do not assert the law. Why? Expense in filling a legal suit. Damages must be proven. Is it worth the expense of a law suit if you were damaged a few thousand dollars? Who made the claims in the first place? How different is the 10Q then what the promoters have stated. Did the promoters make statements that were inside information? Is it the promoters job to reveil inside information when it is time to make it public?
