Could see a drop on Monday as the shorts try and make something out of Rozelle passing away. (My condolences to his family and friends.)
Rozelle has been a director of the company since 1984, and I think he may have had an influence in smoothing negotiations with the NFL.

I don't expect any change in operations with this news. Rozelle has been treated for brain cancer in recent years.

FYI:
Announcement: yahoo.com

Bio in 10-K/A:
sec.gov

Although the director's name is Alvin R. it must be the same guy from the biographical information ("From 1960 to 1989, Mr. Rozelle served as Commissioner of the National Football League.") I'm not sure how one attains the name Pete from Alvin R.

If we see a pullback on Monday to $5 or below, I think I'm a buyer of additional shares.
