Tonto, I have a copy of a press release dated May 15,1998 that reports the following ARET ANNOUNCED TODAY THAT ITS SUBSIDIARY, TOMAHAWK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO FINALIZE AN AGREEMENT WITH NCI OF MISSOURI TO JOINTLY PURCHASE COTTONWOOD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Back on April 30, 1998 another press release announced ARET ANNOUNCED TODAY THAT ITS SUBSIDIARY, TOMAHAWK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND ITS JOINT VENTURE PARTNER DUNN INDUSTRIES HAVE NOT BEEN AWARDED THE FIRST BID PACKAGES SUBMITTED TO FLUOR DAINIEL.
