That also is exactly correct ... I just found out that as a promoter you do not have to disclose anything either. Only financial advisors and they require a license. Interesting how this takes shape ... However I guess it is best to do so though.

Full disclosure I am told is in the SEC filings. This is why some e--mail stock pickers select non reporting so they can write their own ticket on the stock they receive to talk about the stock. Only thing is never advise anyone to buy or sell a security.

I agree with you on your points also. Winning a lawsuit is tuff and you are also right the law is used as a sheild. It is there to protect the innocent.
