Since you claim to wish to discuss KRY, may I ask for the benefit of all present on this forum;
1/ Why Jerry, while in attendance at the KRY/AGM did you not take the opportunity to speak with Robert Fung when he approached and introduced himself to you??
2/ You have always demanded some kind of interview or discussion with Marc Oppenheimer, here was your opportunity again to speak with him eye to eye...........for some reason you wished not to speak with them directly..................wonder why??
3/ Not only did you fail to ask or discuss anything of merit with these people of the BOD, you had the opportunity to speak with Richard Marshal/VP; Sedec/geologist; Riccardo Cottin/Legal Representative; Ambasador Perez/Pres of KRY's Venezuelan subsidiary; Andrea Boltz/IR.
4/ You challenged some " direct quote; internet touts or advicers??" to speak, and yet you made no attempt at even trying to find any of them, when in fact they were all around you??

I find this very interesting Jerry, you wish to discuss the above topic, and yet you as a reporter failed the general public and Stockwatch, by not getting answers from the main principals involved with this company on an "eye to eye basis", which to me and most likely any others who wish to know the truth is the best way to garner any kind of information from people.
At the time you claimed that anything they had to offer was old news?? how convenient an answer??
I say bogus to you!! SIR, the importance of getting a personal discussion with all of the above, would have gone a lot further to enhance your credibility, your response is and has been a lame duck excuse that leads to thoughts of suspicion.
You had the opportunity to get all on public record, you had the opportunity and you failed as a reporter or journalist when the information mattered most??
You have relied solely on what others have printed, many of your articles have been loaded with heavy innuendo, ust take the newsrelease from this AM regarding KRY;

What exactly does this line have to do with KRY and any response they may have to this class action suit?? Do you not think that it would be prudent for a company to respond to legal action "after" they have been served notice and their legal representatives have had the opportunity to review the papers??........it would make good business sense to me!!.................I would say that the line has more to do with conjecture and innuendo?? as many of the articles regarding KRY from SW have shown??
After-all KRY does not even have to make any news but Stockwatch seems to be able to continuously rehash the same stuff with a few more inflections always thrown in??................have always been curious in regards to this, is this an attempt at "creating News" when none exists..................................all one has to do is count up how many actual news releases KRY has issued and the number SW has issued??.............................quite a disparity from a news service that claims to be "independant" in the issuance of information in regards to corporations or company's??...........I would say that you people have walked a fine line??
If as you have said, you wish to discuss Crystallex issues, with the people here at SI, how can you be held with any degree of respect or accountability for your thoughts when you failed to discuss the issues of Crystallex with the main principals involved.
You had the opportunity Jerry, you chose to run away from those obligations as a reporter!!
