I got P&Dd on this one as a few others here did, blame myself for it.
Anyways, after I jumped in I realized KrumBum has been running the presses full bore for quite awhile thus diluting the hell out of this piece of crap. Have been waiting for audited financials for 4 months,always "right around the corner".

I expect the next PR will be the announcement of a reverse split. Still sitting on 50,000 shares of this junk and watching it sink to the .02 range.

Be careful everybody, there is a lot of P&D going on.
