Numbers are on bloomberg, filings are on edgar. Have read most of the two filings, and in my opinion, what we have here is a turnaround in the core business -- which should have been profitable in 298 and an exciting adjunct in the web operation. I can't believe someone is selling this stock down. What a great chance to buy more. The combined value of the two businesses is no doubt more than twice what it trades for now. Supposedly the company also has a relisting hearing scheduled later this month, and we could be back on the nasdaq or on the amex by early august. Good luck to all.
