Jay: I think you are being a bit over exuberant. Just spent 45 minutes on phone with Greg. We MAY get a clarification on the $50MM press release this week, and some news on acquisition. NOTHING is set in stone as Jerry has yet to put these together. If we don't get release this week, don't be overly surprised. --GARY--
