THE NEWS IS GREAT PRODUCT TO THE MARKET MEANS REVENUE........... Rich the stock being terminated isn't Charles. I do not know what it is exactly he is to or has received but I know its long gone by now. These shares were for the company to raise capital, restricted shares for a private placement. The shares were put together for the deal that never happend thusly, they are unregisted shares that the barer isn't entitled to because they didn't do their job and then the rest is history.
