Sonny, IMO everyone should try to stay focused on the post, not the poster. This includes me ... I have been guilty too!. In my case, sometimes the fingers start typing before the brain gets in gear.

The post you are referring to included this statement by Mr. Wexler: "I believe that you are one of the most misinformed and scientifically illiterate individuals I had the "pleasure" of reading on this board."

This is an example of belittling the poster, in addition to refuting the post. IMO Mr. Wexler's post would be much more powerful (and more polite) if he stuck to the substance of the post. I respect Mr. Wexler's opinions on stocks, but I have asked him publicly and privately to tone down the rhetoric.

But what upsets most followers of TAVA are Mr. Wexler's posts alleging "TAVA is a fraudulent stock promotion scheme". IMO this is well within the bounds of posting on SI. If TAVA has a problem with this assertion, they can pursue Mr. Wexler for libel. (IMO Mr. Wexler would easily prevail). You will notice that most of the personal attacks on Mr. Wexler resulted from his "fraud" posts!

BTW, I'm from the old school ... when another poster attacks me personally, I try to refrain ... two wrongs do not make a right.
Regards, Bill
