<Why is Rick Cowles' e-mail address in this posting not a TAVA e-mail address? Is he working for them full-time or not? Curious...> Rick has had that same email address for AGES, including during his tenure with DEC. He also uses it with his "Y2K and Utility site". Has used it wit all of his government contacts. He also uses it with TAVA\|R.W. BECK (I pulled out his TAVA\|R.W. BECK business card and confirmed.) Makes sense. He has a WIDE range of contacts who know him from his various involvements with utilities thru the years. Trying to contact everyone (which would be impossible) and advise them of a "change of email address" would probably guarantee that someone would be lost in the shuffle. You often mention all of these people you know at TAVA, and conversations with them ... including management. If this were the case, I'm surprised you haven't already talked to them about Cowles and R.W. BECK - and didn't understand the 50/50 deal between TAVA & R.W. BECK. Rick's subcommittee testimony also included his full-time position/title with TAVA\|R.W. BECK in the intro. In any event, this conversation is more appropriate on TAVA discussion thread ... not "Impact on Stock Market & Society". Cheryl
