Good morning All, Sorry for the delay. The gentleman called me first thing this morning. Her are the results. I recieved a call fron the SEC this morning. Sorry it was a little late. He said that he did a lot of research on CHES in the last few days. He said taht they filed for Chapter 11 in 1996. (We all knew that.) He said that he has reviewed some other information. He sees that it has been under extreme accumulation (for a stock that has been out of business for two years.) He stated that it is "speculative" stock. He said that he has seen this before in other stocks, but not such a daily interest, like in CHES. Everytime I asked him what If a reverse merger, buyout, etc. could be in the works, he declined to comment. Obviously, he knew something and would not tell me. He never "denied" anything, he stated that he was unable to tell me. Could something be up??? He said there is a very large float out there, and that because of that the stockprice is very volatile (up or down.) The major thing is that he mentioned that this stock has no mention of being delisted...which is huge, our money is safe. I will proceed to buy more today,and continuosly throughout the week. The downside is virtually none. And as everyone can see...this stock can move up to .02 in a matter of minutes.
