Thanks for the clarification-- still trying to catch up with paperwork this morning.

I guess if Ben was right, re: "500+K shares worth of autoexercised options on Friday (12.5 strike)", these could have been put up for sale this morning as the downward bias caused the holders to dump their shares further pressuring NOVL down to 12 1/2 at one point.

Hope this was the case, as otherwise it does give me the jitters a bit as most other tech stocks are up nicely this morning. :(
