I contacted a manufacturer and developer of antennas: (ITKG -- INTEGRAL TECHNOLOGIES) and asked it they could send a representative over to GLCPD to see if they could help them solve their antenna problems. I do not know who is producing the antenna that is causing the delay, or if GLCPD can contract with anyone else; of even if ITKG can help. Maybe nothing can come of it, but it does not hurt to help the flow of information and the development of options. Blayton
