bob that is the exact truth ... From what I am told if I buying a stock or a private placement depending on my trading logs as to whether I am capitalizing on a self induced promotion. People think because they accuse you of it it must be a great assumptiom therefore the truth. I hold over 200K of AVBC for almost 8 months now does that make me a paid promoter. No it makes me an investor. Each situation is different and the obvious such as stating a float is 3.5 - 4M and it is actually 11M is to me a major misrepresentation espcially if now there exists a resolution that contradicts the full disclosure of the filings. What is the problem is if you are popular or well booked marked on line then people want to associate you with this. Going to get interesting. GB
