Right....but IMO if a person is compensated to hype (yes it is their job) it has to be disclaimed...SEC agrees with this as they have made this law as well...without a disclaimer, investors are seeing only the part truth and are missing the part of the truth that may change their minds about investing in the company

I am not arguing HOW the promoters hype, but rather HOW many do not put disclaimers where disclaimers should be justified
