Just learned that RCN can sell against Bell Atlantic in Westchester County, NY, so I've switched over all my business and residential lines for local, regional, and LD. They say they'll be reselling local and regional for about 2 years while they bring in facilities (LVLT?). They promise a 5% savings for the duration. BTW since I've got unlimited local and regional through B.A., their compelled to pick that up, but can't offer it directly to fresh customers. Odd... This, to my knowledge, is the first local competitor to Bell Atlantic that I've heard of in my area.ÿÿÿGo RCNC!
