hey scott et al; it's me again. i just got off the ..... phone with kent r, i like him. to add to your post, yes they have successfully reorganized & have hired a dallas based brokerage firm to handle their new offering. there will be a 54:1 reverse split (damn), but the company seems to be on as firm a ground as they every have been (despite the share price). anyway, kent has 1/2 million of his own money (1/3 interest) in sd. he sounds quite serious about winning. "this company is be run by investors now" and he fully intends to be successful. they have added new distributorships here and abroad and will be lowering prices on skates to make things happen. there are other postive developments which we didn't get into. where does this leave us? - we'll own alittle less of a better company. kent's suggestion "buy some more shares after the reverse split". lastly, press releases are in the works. good luck everybody
