I'll believe in the letters when we get 3-4 on a monthly basis. Remember Mr. McKearn's promise of six letters within a year. How many did we get...two?

I agree, sounds like a step in the right direction, but I'll believe it when I see it. Perhaps if they start communicating better, I'll feel comfortable with averaging down a little.
