Being from the Bronx my first thought is just to dismiss your comments as self serving for the obvious reasons. But since i'm new to the thread and don't wish to be contentious right out of the gate i'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

with that said, i sincerely believe in the "reasonable man theory." (if that's too abstract for you... well, you don't want the rest of my thought towards you. mostly in a different language... Bronx.)

CCSI has, HAS gotten FDA approval! OK so we'll play semantics for another month as to how they'll be classified with the bloody code. (no pun intended.) However, CCSI will, WILL prevail. I have absolutely no doubt. The errors that have allowed the likes of assencio or whatever to be a predator will be corrected and i for one wish darby God speed in attacking the sob in court. i really believe that he'll be paying on this one. the guy might make a good buck, doesn't make him a human being.

the pr you so diligently pasted to your post is as clear in meaning to me as i would hope it would be to any "reasonable" person. i wont argue its merits as i see them self-evident.

as to the most important aspect of my post, a distributor will be appointed. yes i do know why one hasn't been picked as of yet. and you don't. that's why im buying now as you may be selling.
