I'd prefer that convertible holders be allowed to short from the date of the SEC filings. It makes it much easier to make a profit by joining them. The way this is, I have to put a note on my calendar, and wait, and that's annoying. <g>

Speaking of floorless convertibles, it looks like FIBR will be shortable with the 1:3 reverse split, and I think I'll be joining the party.
