By the way, are there any small launch companies, or are they all either government entities or huge conglomerates? If there are any small launch companies, I would almost take this as a hint that SPDV would be pursuing an acquisition.

Does SpaceDev plan to become a reporting company? I'd like to see financials, and can't find anything on the SEC site or their own website.
