Sorry, maybe I just misinterpreted the tone. It was actually directed towards you-know-who. It just gets frustrating listening to the same naysayers who will actually jump all over TVL on one good announcement and then suddenly forget about the plethora of the other issues that they swear by. Some people just can't get it through their heads that this is a speculative play based on a lot of uncertainty. If everything was as rosy as you would like it to be, it would be reflected in the price. Somebody noted that the brokerage houses and analysts will initiate coverage once the sales started rolling in. Boy, these analysts really stick out their necks all the time! There is only one thing that is guaranteed to take place when analysts initiate coverage. That thing is that you will miss majority of the profits while it does not guarantee that you still may lose your shirt. Wrt Acacia, you should do your own research and don't be encouraged or discouraged by my somewhat irrational stance. Their conduct towards Soundview and that whole technology does not give me a warm-and-fuzzy as to the managements' objectives and stewardship towards the shareholders. Having a lot of paper in your hands (patents) does not automatically translate into dollars. My move is strictly a bet that their abilities or the lack thereof will make them crash and burn. When you got promoters like you-know-who it makes you wonder why they will so adamantly try to bash a competitor. The only advice that I would give you on investing from my personal experience is: don't spread yourself too thick accross small-caps and be very careful which "revolutionary" technologies you act on. TVL is a better bet than majority of the small-caps due to the fact that some demand has to be there for their FUNCTIONAL, existing product. Million dollar question is how much.
