Concern #1: Possible Misrepresentation?

Hi everyone. I just did my preliminary DD on TSIG. I have some information to share. Please let me know what you think of it.

TSIG created a subsidiary called Compact Connections Inc ( a Delaware Corporation). Through this subsidiary it then formed an aquisition agreement with Compact Connections Inc ( a Nevada Corporation ). This agreement is pending the furnishing of "audited" accounting information given by CCI (Santa Ana). When CCI (SA) could not supply with such info in time, a licensing agreement between the two is struck just in case the acquisition could not take place because of CCI's accounting delay. I like to share my concerns about the risks involved in investing in TSIG.

Concern #1: Possible misrepresentation?

Here the situation. Compact Connections Inc (Santa Ana) has just changed its name to DP Enterprises Inc. I feel a little uneasy about the way this thing is set up. Why would CCI change its name if it intents to be acquired by TSIG. Why would TSIG create a subsidiary called CCI to acquire CCI (SA)? This makes the subsequent delay and the licensing agreement a little dubious. It almost seemed to the uninformed that "Compact Connection Inc -- a TSIG Company" slogan on their website means that TSIG has finished the acquisition and that the financial claims of CCI is validated when it never was.

I'll continue this with follow up thread cause it is too long.
